- ➤ Bay County saw 26 home transactions from Dec. 16 to Dec. 22, with a median sale being a 748-square-foot home on Pine Road for $120,000. MLive
- ➤ The Bay City area witnessed 21 home transactions with a median sale of a 1,618-square-foot home for $86,500 between Dec. 16 and Dec. 22. MLive
