The Iron Paws program at the Saginaw Regional Correctional Facility pairs inmates with shelter dogs from Bay County Animal Services so the dogs can learn to get adopted and the inmates can build new skills—handler Quawn Green said the program gives hope to both the dogs and the inmates.
