Good morning, Bay City.

Country Garden Flowers, a Bay County floral shop, closed after 42 years when its owners retired on the day they opened the shop while a $4.3M state loan will fund a new 90-unit apartment complex near downtown—an Oklahoma woman pleaded guilty to embezzling money from a local 7-Eleven. Other news include a federal review of a large drug seizure, the Delta College president stepping down for a national role, and Bay City police asking for volunteers for a reserve academy starting in January.
