- ➤ Last week, Bay City mourned the unexpected death of Bradley Tucker—37, who served as the city’s HR director and high school football coach—and residents learned about plans for Water Street Lofts, a project that will add 89 new apartment units downtown. Other news included a felony charge against a Walmart worker, a new general manager at Bay City Bridge Partners, a review of Flock Safety camera plans, final approval for a homeless drop-in center, and leadership changes at McLaren Bay Region that will take effect August 11.
