- ➤ Disability Services Resource Center is launching three summer programs for Bay County residents: special needs enrichment classes run from June 15 through July 23, a golf fundraiser is set for Sunday, July 19 at Bay County Golf Course + adaptive softball games will open registration online in mid-June at Defoe Park. - ➤ Gov. Whitmer signed a bipartisan bill that allows schools in affected counties (from winter storms, spring floods and water main breaks) to waive up to four makeup days. The law covers districts under previous executive orders and eases scheduling disruptions for students. ABC12
