- ➤ The Downtown Management Board has partnered with Bay Metro Transit to offer free shuttle rides for the summer concert series at Wenonah Park — running from June 11th through August 20th and skipping the week of the Fourth of July. The service will run from set pick-up spots on both sides of the river to help concertgoers reach the park. MLive

- ➤ A Saginaw Township doctor filed a last-minute bankruptcy on May 5 to delay a court order that would have made him pay $551K for defaming the county’s chief medical examiner — a judge found key parts of the filing missing, which may slow down the court’s decision while more lawsuits and judgments continue. - ➤ A Saginaw man charged with first-degree premeditated murder, felony murder, and first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the 2003 homicide of Jeanette I.
