Good morning, Bay City.

Bianca Moreno and Eleazar Arevalo from Texas have launched Tacos El Rey (a taco truck serving authentic, soft corn tortilla tacos) in the Tri-Cities area.

They sell popular birria and other dishes every Friday and Saturday (bringing a taste of Texas to their new home) and may open a restaurant later.

A home built in 1908 is for sale for $499K at 105 Parkwood Court on a quiet cul-de-sac near Carroll Park in Bay City—featuring repurposed barn doors, a clawfoot bathtub, and modern updates that complement its 4,219 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a 2.5 car garage.
