- ➤ Bay City's Saginaw River Marine Historical Society will host a free presentation on April 18 at Trinity Episcopal Church (815 N. - ➤ Consumers Energy filed a notice on April 3 to seek another electric rate increase on or after June 2 after regulators approved a $276.6M hike that took effect May 1; the utility plans to file its formal request in June to support grid upgrades (it serves nearly 2 million customers). WNEM
