- ➤ Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan cut the ribbon on its new overnight drop-in center at 713 Ninth Street that offers safe shelter for 35 people nightly with a hot shower, meal and laundry access. It operates from 6 p.m. until 8 a.m. WNEM
- ➤ Good Samaritan Rescue Mission held a ribbon cutting yesterday (3:08 p.m.) to mark the opening of an overnight drop-in center for those experiencing chronic homelessness. The project was coordinated with Rescue Ministries and city officials to boost local support. Mid Michigan NOW
