- ➤ On Sunday, March 16, Bay City held its 70th St. Patrick’s Day Parade despite a light wintry mix—families and friends gathered along Center Avenue for about 90 minutes. The parade featured bagpipers and festive floats—parade marshal Liberty Starkweather Smith led the route from Park Avenue to Water Street. MLive
