- ➤ Gloria Coles Library will host a senior AI education forum for community members looking to learn about artificial intelligence. The event will offer practical tech insights to help seniors understand new digital tools. ABC12
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Bay City received $959,000 in federal funding to clean up PFOS (perfluorooctanesulfonic acid) contamination at Fire Station No.2 from past firefighting training. The grant will pay for excavation, demolition and remediation to reduce PFOS levels in groundwater and protect local emergency services. ABC12
- ➤ The Four Lakes Task Force announced Sanford Dam is now substantially complete while crews face a one-month delay at Smallwood Dam due to winter storms and snow melt. Refilling of Sanford Lake will begin on April 15 after inspections and permits are finalized. MLive
